self portrait in charcoal and chalk.

I love using charcoal. I want even more 'expression' in the mark making and less of a messy look. I have a sort of sad expression on my face which I'm told is usually there. but I want to express that through heavy line. will do another tomorrow. This is on A2 sheet of white cartridge paper.
