Water Exploration, mixed media - Julie Shackson

When I came across the works of Julie Shackson I instantly new is an artist definitely worth investigating.  She works in a wide range of media from textiles and photography that often crossed the barriers between these subjects and of course drew my attention as her work is often inspired by water, often the shorelines.

 I instantly knew this would be a huge inspiration to my final peices of my Illustration unit with possibilities of being carried forward into my Mixed media unit.  Obviously I am now behind with both but I feel I can continue exploring water and see if I can add any thing else to the peices.
