exploring light

we were asked to create 5 portrait photographs using exploring light and it's effect on the subject. here are my 5 images.

I had fun with this. it's interesting how soft light like a candle or a dimly lit lamp can have a dramatic effect on a photograph. and the light source placement can have a drastic effect on the subject also.
