Peebles museum and gallery

While dropping off my boyfriend for work I was parked just outside the entrance to the little museum and gallery in Peebles and decided to pop in. It's nice to see art in the town I grew up in, upstairs from the library I visited every weekend when I was little.
Also it was great to (finally!) see the works of my ex tutors, and the chance to see them as Artists... And not just tutors. I feel it gave me the chance to see some of their work, also, without their influence, giving me the opertunity to form my own opinions on it, and see what they get up to outside the college, and to see it in the flesh!
It was a nice way to spend the morning and I recommend going to have a look if your in the area. :)
