Experimenting with Cyanotypes

The process was easy to learn - which i liked as when the sun comes out in scotland you dont always have long! But I was particularly interested in the image i made using water droptlets. It opened a lot of ideas - the ability to make multiple prints of the same image excited me. This will be explored tomorrow if we get another 5 minutes of sunshine. I want to create a "plate" and print using the cynotype process. This came about with the memory of etching early on at college. We used a clear acitate plate to etch our self portraits and then apply the ink and we have multiple prints -  this could be dont using the same acitate plate, would etching it leave a mark on the cyanotype?? Would drawing it work? Would just using a thin paper and a heavy line work?? These will be explored tomorrow! (If thr sun shines)
